DISCOUNTS:

If I am ordering 3 or more products can I get a discount?

  • Yes! You can use discount code MULTIPLEPRINTS at checkout. It must be 3 or more items, each item must be at least $5.00 each in order to qualify for the discount. Orders with discount codes are always checked.

SHIPPING/RETURNS:

When can I expect my order to ship? How long do items take to be delivered once they are shipping?

  • Usually within 1-3 business days of when the order was placed the item will be shipped

  • Once shipped, domestic orders First Class and Priority Mail orders take 1-3 business days

  • For First-Class Package International Service, order delivery time depends on destination,

  • but usually arrives within 1-3 weeks.

I submitted wrong mailing address on accident?

  • Email the shop IMMEDIATELY to notify her of the error or cancel the order and resubmit a new one.

  • The shop is not responsible for any items shipped to the wrong address.

  • If you notify the shop quickly, they will do their best to catch and fix the error.

Can I return for a refund or exchange my items for something else after the order has been shipped?

  • Once an order has been shipped, exchanges/returns will not be accepted unless item is damaged or defective.

What if USPS loses my order in the mail? What if my order is stolen from my porch?

  • You will need to contact your local postoffice and file a claim.

  • The shop is not liable for first class orders that are lost or stolen once they are shipped.

  • PRIORITY Mail items will be refunded fully or reshipped in the case of lost mail or stolen items.

What if my order arrives damaged?

  • Depending on the SEVERITY of the damage the shop may decide to refund and or resend items.

  • Contact the shop and include a photo of the damaged item/s. Then request if you would prefer a refund or would like the shop to resend your item.

WHOLESALE:

Does Erin Vaughan Illustration offer Wholesale?

  • Yes! If you own a shop and want to purchase my work wholesale, send an email about your shop and a Wholesale catalog will be emailed to you.

ORIGNAL/CUSTOM:

Does Erin ever sell her original illustrations?

  • Yes! You can email her for details on pricing and what pieces are available.

Does Erin offer custom projects and artwork?

  • Yes! Erin does a variety of custom illustration work varying from spot editorial illustrations, custom paintings, logo and branding illustrations, etc. Email her with your inquiry!

LOCAL:

Is there a way to purchase products locally?

  • Yes! You can check out my Upcoming Events for pop up shop locations and times. Erin’s work is also sold at a number of brick and mortar shops across the USA. You can view this list on her Stocklist/Wholesale Page to find a store in your area.

  • Upcoming Events also includes the occasional gallery showings of her original work.
